Blake grew up in Sheridan, Wyoming, and has always considered this community to be his home. Before attending law school, Blake played basketball for Casper College, where he was elected as a team captain. He graduated with honor from the University of Wyoming College of Law, in 2023, and also worked as an extern under Justice John G. Fenn of the Wyoming Supreme Court.

When not in the office, Blake enjoys reading, golfing, playing basketball, and spending time with his family.
